Recipe – Haare Chaane Ka Cheela

This a an easy recipe of Haare Chaane Ka Cheela (or Green Gram Pancake) from Mukti’s Kitchen, a home cook and food blogger.

Prep Time  : 25 mins
Cooking Time  :15 mins
Serve  : 2

INGREDIENTS
Green gram / hara chana  –  1 cup
Rice flour  –  2 tbsp
Gram flour  – 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds  –  1/4 tsp
Salt  –  to taste
Ginger garlic paste  –  1/2 tsp
Chopped green chilly  –  1/4 tsp
Oil  –  2 tbsp

METHOD
Wash and grind the green gram coarsely to make a paste.
Take a large bowl add green gram paste,green chilly,rice flour,gram flour,cumin seeds,ginger garlic paste and salt and mix well.
Prepare a thick batter with the help of water.
Heat the pan with oil.
Add one spoon batter and spread it.
Flip when done on one side.
Drizzle oil on it.
Serve hot.
