Kids are a great fan of cartoons and specially of Doraemon. And what he eats is kids’ favorite, so why not surprise your kids with these yummy Doracake pancakes!

Serves – 2

Maida – 1 cup
Sugar – 2 tablespoon
Condensed milk – 3 tablespoon
Baking soda – ½ tablespoon
Milk – ½ cup (use as much required to make batter’s consistency of your choice)
Vanilla essence – 1 tablespoon
Honey – 1 ½ tablespoon
Oil or butter
Chocolate or jam of your choice

Mix maida, sugar and baking soda in a bowl and mix them well.
Add vanilla essence, honey and condensed milk.
Then add milk slowly to make batter (add milk depending upon the consistency of the batter you want)
Cover the batter and leave it for 10 minutes.
Heat butter or oil in a non-stick pan on a low flame and then wipe off the excess oil with paper towel or tissue.
Pour the batter in the pan and flip it on the other side when bubbles start getting formed on the surface (cook both sides on medium flame).
Spread chocolate or jam of your choice on one pancake and cover it with another pancake.
