Tired of thin hair? Try these simple steps to give your hair a bouncy look.
Thick, healthy, luxurious hair is what many women dream of, but it can be a never-ending struggle to try to make fine, limp hair look big and fabulous. The most important factor for retaining healthy hair is a healthy diet and important vitamins and minerals.
Take care of these things, while maintaining the thickness of hair:
* Getting your trimmed at regular intervals is very important. Cut the ends in every 6-8 weeks. This will keep your healthy and thicker.
* A hot oil scalp massage is a necessary part of your daily routine. You can also use aloe vera in this. A daily massage will stimulate hair follicles and increase thicker growth.
* Shampoo your hair every alternate day. It will help in removing bacteria, pollution and dandruff.
* Condition your hair every time after washing it. It helps in protect your hair against damage.
Now this was all your part of work for maintaining a good health for your hair. Now try these simple hair styles to give your hair a bouncy look.
Switch it to your side part
You usually go with middle part, try to switch it to a side part, or if you go with side part, switch it to your middle part. Your hair gets stuck in the routine of falling in the same place every day, so changing up your part will immediately give you some lift.
Pancake your braids
This is the easiest thing you can try every day. Once you’re done braiding your hair, gently pull out each loop on one side, but just pull a pinch with your fingertips.
A night work
Always tie your hair before you go to sleep. Take up small sections of hair and clip it up. You can also blow dry your hair for a faster result.
Turn your upside down while blow drying it
Dry your hair, remove every drop of water from your hair. Turn your hair upside down and then blow dry it.
Use your fingers while blow-drying
Combing your hair when wet will result in excessive breakage. Comb your hair with your hand to remove water. Hold your hair up while you blow-dry so that it doesn’t stick to your scalp and look limp and thin. Pulling your hair away from the scalp makes it look fuller as the heat helps build volume.
Use of mousse
If you have thin and limp hair, then you should definitely apply some mousse. Start off with an egg-size dollop in your hand and then work it evenly through damp hair, roots to ends, before blow drying. Make sure that your hair is damp at the time, so that it can absorb the product easily. This will make your hair look fuller and so thick.
