6 COOKING TIPS

Cooking needs creativity, your time as well as your attention, if it is left unattended it will make your dish a disaster.

So, Here are few tips that will save your time as well as help you serve delicious dishes –

CRACK EGG ON A FLAT SURFACE

Never crack an egg on the edge of the bowl as it will break and its pieces will shatter on your platform making it dirty and it will consume your half of the cooking time in cleaning.

BAKE ONE COOKIE FIRST

Test and proceed, always bake one cookie before baking others, if there is something missing in the ingredient or there is an excess of something you can fix it before and your other cookies won’t go waste. It is also useful to check the temperature of the oven.

MAKE SOUP A DAY BEFORE

To increase the flavors of the soup, it is better to make it a day before you serve. You just need to refrigerate it.

ADD BREAD CRUMBS IN PASTA DISHES

To make it more flavorful and to add a bit of crunchiness to your pasta, you can add bread crumbs to it or even go for other alternatives like almonds or nuts.

ADD A PINCH OF BAKING SODA WHILE SAUTEING ONION

Adding baking soda while sauteing will help you to increase the cooking process as the onions will become brownish faster and will save you from the last minute hurry.

ADD THREE TABLESPOONS OF MILK TO OATMEAL

when you reheat your oatmeal, add three tablespoons of milk to make it more creamy and to add more protein to it.
