6 Common Signs That You Are Not Drinking Enough Water

Around 70% of human body consists of water, There is nothing more refreshing than a tall, ice-cold glass of water. It’s obvious and simple that a glass of water can be more satisfying than a cup of coffee or a can of soda. Knowingly or unknowingly, too many of us don’t drink enough water and by doing so we are continuously damaging our bodies. If you are experiencing any of the following mentioned down, You can cure it with a glass of water.

1. Dry Mouth

I know this seems very obvious but this the most common issue. Sugary drinks can only a temporary solution to this problem. Drinking plenty of water lubricates the mucus membranes in your mouth and throat which helps to keep your mouth moist.

2. Dry Skin

Trust me your skin is your body’s largest organ and it needs to stay hydrated. Dry skin is one of the dangerous signs of full-on dehydration. Lack of water means a lack of sweat, which leads to body’s inability to wash away excess dirt and oil clogged throughout the day, So ahem… Ahem…Grab a glass of water.

3. Over Thirsty

I told you about dry mouth already, but thirst goes beyond infinity issues. After waking up, your body just can’t get enough water. Try to drink 8 glasses of water to enjoy your day without getting over thirsty.

4. Joint Pain

Human’s body cartilage and spinal discs are made up of about 80% of water. water is necessity to keep our bones from grinding against each other. By proper hydration we ensure that your joints can absorb the shock of sudden movements, such as running and jumping, So don’t forget to gulp a glass of water.

5. Decreasing Muscle Mass

Muscles are comprised mostly of water, less water in the body means less muscle mass. Drinking water before, during, and after a workout keeps you hydrated.

6. Digestive Problems

Without proper water amount and strength of mucus in the stomach lessens which allows stomach acid to do some major damage to our insides that leads to heartburn and indigestion.
