The Unpredictable And Calmative World Of Dreams

The Unpredictable And Calmative World Of Dreams
World of Dreams

We all experience dreams, they are sometimes intriguing, intimidating or leave us with a warm glow on our faces. These dreams are what our inner artist creates. The sensation occurs in our mind round-the-clock, most of the time we concentrate on something that we want to happen once in our lifetime just by closing our imaginative eyes. We are the master of our thoughts, fantasizing about different kinds of the situation that leave the impression on our state of mind which we often call as a daydream.

People dream according to their perception and their lifestyle. Did you know? The famous equation for the Theory of Relativity, which was a milestone for Albert Einstein was inspired by his dream(Einstein stated). There is a zone between consciousness and the sleep state that allows our imagination to wander which sometimes lead to end up in our dream.

Let's talk about some of the common dreams and their interpretation.

  • What does it mean when you dream about someone that you’re hoping to hear from? Birds have been symbolic messengers of information or you are expecting a message or hoping to hear from someone.
  • You’re in an empty room, and it’s scary:

It might represent something very different, and according to Anderson, “If you go into the room and it’s spooky or scary, that means in the past one to two days you’ve realized something about yourself that’s unexpected. It can be something old that you haven’t look at before. It could be any aspect of your life – your job, a relationship that you’ve shut the door on. It’s about trying to open that door, even if you’re scared.”

  • You’re just falling:

Sometimes we feel the sensation of falling from the top in a dream. It’s a sign “you are hanging on too tightly to a particular situation in waking life. You need to relax and let go of it.”

  • You feel like you’re dying:

Dreaming about death or having some serious illness often means that you feel something is coming to an end in your life, but how you react to them in the dream can mean different things’ if you feel peace about them that means you’re ready to let go of something. And if you’re scared of them that means you’re uncomfortable.

  • You show up for an exam but you’re unprepared:

This is another quirky dream you sometimes watch which represents “you are critically examining your own performance in waking life,” according to Wallace.

So, what are nightmares?

Imagine a scenario where you are stuck in a room full of bloodstains and you lost your hand and a pool of blood pouring out of it but you don’t feel pain and you’re extremely restless or dreaming something horrible.
