Indian film screenplay writer/ story writer Akshay Kaushik has tried to keep the story as well as the screenplay similar to the first part of the film despite changing the entire cast. Priyadarshan’s direction in the first part of Bhool Bhulaiyaa helped the original to achieve the craze status it has. The second part of Bhool Bhulaiyaa depended majorly on its humor and played safe when it came to horror.
As a lead role in the film, Kartik Aaryan has likely managed to match the performance of Akshay Kumar throughout the movie. Despite his character being completely different from the character of the first part of the film yet, there are some inspirations from ‘Adi’ and that’s where Kartik manages to excel not because his character is any less but how he worked under the pressure of creating pure entertainment. On a usual note, Tabu is seen with her all-time grace in the film too. According to the audience, Tabu almost touched on the captivating performance of Vidya Balan in the first part. Kiara Advani is seen falling out a little not because of her acting but because of the character that she was assigned. Rajpal Yadav and Sanjay Mishra give the film a plus point with their comical gags. The story behind those gags made the performance even funnier.
The director of the movie Anees Bazmee has managed to make this film an entertaining one. It promises to be a mixture of horredy and manages to keep you entertained throughout the film.
