Bollywood's favourite flavour has started taking patriotic looks, Batla House is one of them. Batla House, the action thriller film is based upon the encounter operations occurred in Delhi's Jamia Nagar locality, where two suspected terrorists were killed after following a tip-off that terrorists allegedly involved on September 13, 2008, serial blasts in the national capital were holed up there. The incident raised questions over the entire nation, was it a real victory of Delhi police?

Bollywood Macho Man, John Abraham is accompanying up his forthcoming motion picture 'Batla House' which has been coordinated by Nikkhil Advani. The film has been high on the trendy expression as far back as it was uncovered that the team is working together for one more task. The Movie additionally stars Mrunal Thakur, Ravi Kishan, Prakash Raj and Manish Chaudhari in significant jobs. 

In a press conference at The Imperial, New Delhi John stated, "The Batla House experience was earth-shattering during the time it occurred in 2008 in Delhi. A senior cop got martyred and the young men were slaughtered, despite everything one doesn't know whether they were psychological militants or just understudies. So I was really excited to play the role of the cop. I hope people will like the movie."


The Actress, Mrunal Thakur stated, "The shoot was a memorable experience as it denoted my first outing to Mussoorie. I was eager to shoot in those link vehicles. John is incredibly amusing to work with. I am so honoured to share screen space with somebody like him who is submitted, centred and always around a tryst to rethink himself." 


The movie was all set to enter the cinema halls on 15th August, but it seems to get trapped in heated and controversial arguments. Asked about the controversies surrounding the movie, director Nikhil Advani told that,"Three versions are included in this Movie, the defender, the judiciary and the court that is very important. We took around 4 years to look into and to research and to get familiar with this case and make a legitimate content for this movie. This movie contains unique footage and recordings too of the first case. The benchmark of this story is our exploration, I don't realize this film will make a Justice to the case yet I know in the wake of acknowledging of this movie. Numerous controversy going to occur, after the release,  so we are unquestionably prepared for it."


The accused in Batla House encounter case pleaded in High Court to postpone the release of the movie saying that it would negatively affect his trial in the lower court.
Shahzad Ahmed, who has been imprisoned for life and who has challenged the verdict in the high court is also a petitioner. Ahmed pleased that the film would affect the adjudication of his appeal and trial in the court. The petitioner claim that the trailers and posters of the movie show them as guilty of the crime they are accused of before the verdict and depict them as terrorists.
