Take a round of your gym and get familiar with all the various types of equipment, ask the trainer on how each equipment works and what are the precautions of it.
ASK FOR HELP
Your gym may be equipped with several advanced and new technologies. So, it is better to ask a trainer for a demonstration before you use that particular equipment.
Before getting onto any machine, make sure you warm up as a part of your training. Warming up will loosen your muscles and will make you ready for further training.
Make sure you wear comfortable clothes, not too tight nor too loose. Be comfortable on whatever you wear, this way you don’t have to manage your clothes.
DO NOT EAT BEFORE WORKOUT
Don’t fill your stomach before hitting the gym, working out after eating will make you feel nauseous and uncomfortable.
KNOW ABOUT YOURSELF
Don’t try to copy others in the gym, know your body requirements and work what the trainer tells you to.
