RECIPE-MARIE BISCUIT CHOCOPIE

Marie biscuits dipped in cocoa mix and covered with chocolate. This is an egg-less biscuit cake recipe which is easy to make and yummy in taste snack.

Do try this because you are going to love it.

Preparation time- 30 mins
Making time- 3 hrs
Serves- 6

INGREDIENTS:

Marie biscuits- 20

For dip:

Cocoa powder- 1 tablespoon
Water- 1 cup

For coating:

Cocoa powder- 1/2 tablespoon
Sugar- 8 tablespoons
Ghee- 50 grams

METHOD: 

Mix water and cocoa powder in a bowl (in the amount mentioned in the ingredients required for dip).
One by one dip the Marie biscuits in the cocoa mixture and take it out.
Now lie down the well coated biscuits in a pile in the tray (preferably aluminium foil too).

Mix cocoa powder, sugar, ghee and make a thick paste (in the amount mentioned in the ingredients required for coating).
Now cover the pile with this paste uniformly.
Cover with aluminium foil and refrigerate for 3 hrs.
Serve chilled.
