Kiwi: contains Vitamin C useful for gum tissues.

Cheese: high in Phosphate and Calcium, prevents from caries and gum decay.

Celery (Apples, Carrots): naturally massage gums and cleans between the teeth; neutralizes the mouth.

Tea: black and green teas slows down bacterial growth associated with cavities and gums, plaque control and helps with bad breath.

Sesame Seeds: preserve bone around teeth and gums and builds up tooth enamel.

Onions: have antibacterial action.

Raisins: reduces bacterial action to prevent cavities and gum diseases.

Sweet Potatoes, Pumpkins, Broccoli: contains Vitamin A; essential for tooth enamel formation and promotes healing of gum tissues.

Water keeps your gums hydrated and stimulates saliva.

# AVOID FOOD WITH ARTIFICIAL PRESERVATIVES, ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS, FOOD COLOURS, HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, REFINED SUGAR, REFINED FLOUR & PARTIALLY HYDROGENATED OILS.
