6 Life saving face packs that are already present in your kitchen

Who wants to spend time and money at the local spa, when the secret to great skin is as close as your kitchen. Yes you heard it right! , Kitchen is the new Ginie, Who can grant you flawless, healthy and beautiful skin. So what are you waiting for, Start pampering yourself with these trusted and tested homemade facial masks.

1. The Milk Pack

Milk can help you give yourself a fancy facial at home without much hustle. You can simply make a face pack by mixing 1/4 cup powdered milk with little water to form a thick paste. The paste must not be thin, Now apply it on your face, let it dry for at least 10 – 15 minutes, then rinse with warm water. This is surely make your face fresh and rejuvenated.

2. The Oats Pack

Combine 1/2 cup warm water and 1/3 cup oatmeal. Let water and oatmeal settle for 2 – 3  minutes,Then mix 2 tablespoons yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey, and 1 small egg white. Now apply a thin layer of the pack to your face, and let it dry for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse the pack with warm water. This pack gives an amazing instant glow.

3. The Banana Pack

Yes, you can use a banana as a natural, homemade face pack. Mash a ripe banana into a smooth paste, then apply it to your face and neck. Let it dry for 10 to 20 minutes, then rinse it with cold or normal water. This face pack moisturizes the skin and leaves it looking younger and softer.

4. The Vinegar Pack

Helen of Troy used vinegar as a skin toner back then and guess what? it’s still effective today. After washing your face, mix 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar with 2 cups water as a finishing rinse which will cleanse and tighten the skin. A homemade face pack can also be created by mixing 1/4 cup cider vinegar with 1/4 cup water and then Gently applying it on the face. Rinsing it after at least 15 minutes with normal water.


5. The Lemon Pack

When life gives you lemon, make lemonade. Maybe? but when your kitchen gives you lemons try out this amazing face pack by mixing the juice from 1 lemon with 1/4 cup olive oil or sweet almond oil. Now apply this on your face leave till its completely dry and then wash off with normal water. The lemon pack exfoliates and moisturizes the skin deeply leaving it soft and glowy.

6. The Egg Pack

If you have dry skin, separate the egg and beat the yolk, Add lemon or honey to it and apply all over face and neck , Leave it for good 30 minutes, then rinse. For normal skin, Take an entire egg, Beat it and then apply it on face and neck, wait for at least 30 minutes, then rinse off . This pack will make your face look and feel fresh.
